At Heiress Beverly Hills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
